Da biste dobili posao na rečnom brodu neophodno je adekvatno obrazovanje i relevantno radno iskustvo. Minimalna starost je 20 ili 21 godina u zavisnosti od pozicije i zahteva konretne pozicije. Potrebno je dobro poznavanje engleskog jezika. Na pre-selekcijonom intervjuu dobićete odgovor da li je vaše znanje jezika dovoljno ili je potrebno da se unapredi. Ovo je veoma važno jer je poseda internacionala. Ugovori su okvirno 9 meseci (u okviru kojih se koriste i godišnji odmori).
